Positive: The front desk let us check in early, which was great as we could relax for a quick break before ohh heading out. Lovely restaurant and bar downstairs. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Super breakfast, a really good hotel all in all.

Negative: The room toiletries were non existent, with no moisturiser, conditioner (not that I really cared but many might), or shower cap and just one toilet roll, quarter full (no spare). Small things which I think are standard. Like many others have mentioned, the pool charge I agree was way too high at €20 per person. Management need to listen and not usher the same line that it's listed that's there's a charge, but you don't see that so clearly when using a platform.

Summary: Pretty good, but could be really great with afew tweaks

Positive: It is in the heart of Berlin. The U stop Naturkendemuseum is just outside the hotel. The room is perfectly decorated and spacious. Staff is great.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was beyond expectations.

Positive: The location of the hotel was good. Both metro and tram stops were nearby, and most attractions were within walking distance. Breakfast was good as well. The gym and the spa were among the best I have seen in a hotel of this close location of the city center. Overall, I have been in five-star hotels worse than this.

Negative: There was not an iron in the room.
