Negative: Those chairs in the living room should be thrown away.. there is NO CUSHION on the seats! Just worn out springs I was disappointed. No complimentary water or anything in the fridge. I guess I’m used to Airbnbs And all the nice amenities that the owners provide in their homes. Bring your own towels and washcloths. There were no washcloths at all, and the towels were old, dirty and worn out. The towels weren’t even the size of what a real towel is. They are thin, overused, worn out, and small. Mattress in the bedroom to the left had a stain on it of course I didn’t see it until I was leaving and was totally disgusted. Be careful sitting on the dining room chairs. Those are loose and wobbly.

Summary: Decent for a short stay.. be prepared to have to run to Walmart to get decent basic necessities

Positive: Walking distance to French quarter and other tourist attractions. living room area very nice and clean. Furniture and appliances very modern.

Negative: Weak WiFi, no face towels, room remained warmer than we’d liked the whole time. The lowest it got was 75 degrees and beds were not the most comfortable. Ice maker in freezer never made ice.

Summary: The stay was decent. Would stay again maybe in a different room.

Positive: I liked the space, it was perfect and a perfect location especially if it's something going on at the convention or Dome. It's all in walking distance..

Negative: Communication was so bad I was pretty sure I was scammed. I was calling 4 hours straight trying to see about a early check-in. I had to text the # practically begging to get a response and guess what . I got a response they can't. That could've been told to me 4 hours ago. The host turned me off very bad, but the property was very decent. Customer service needs to improve and everything will be excellent.
