Positive: Clean and comfortable room. Buffet breakfast.

Negative: Few English speakers hence challenge getting message across even with those who speak the language. The breakfast buffet is limited to the same items every day. Laundry IRONING services really need improvement. Only available from 7am hence would inconvenience you if you are headed for an early morning engagement. Also my suits were not ironed properly and we're still kinky and formed folds in wring areas such as the middle of the lapel. Highly recommend having iron boxes in each room or improving ironing services.
