Positive: The cottage was a home from home! Throughly enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the welcome basket was a very thoughtful and lovely touch. The area was very peaceful and relaxing. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Negative: The 20 mph was a bit of a nightmare! Lol

Positive: A lovely location with immediate access to the wonderful rolling countryside. The host family (and the wider team) were all incredibly welcoming, friendly and genuine. Its not usual for pictures on a website to "undersell" the property, but in this case it did. We were so impressed and bowled over by the place. We will be coming back!

Positive: Excellent rural location. Cwtched away up at the end of a single track, nestled amongst farm houses and horses. The cottage is cosy and welcoming - ooodles of Welsh blankets everywhere, a log burning stove, and an AGA in the kitchen that we made many delicious meals in. Super friendly hosts who were welcoming and happy to recommend places to eat - The Gwaelod y Garth in particular proved to be an excellent pub lunch, which we would never have come across without their recommendation - absolutely exceptional.

Negative: We didn't like having to leave at the end of our holiday!

Positive: Lovely place, felt so homely. Lots of room and very pet friendly.

Negative: The road into the property is a little bumpy and the shower is a little awkward to use but bath works perfectly.

Positive: Normally when a property has small or cosy in the title it's to manage expectations - not with "Tipyn Bach". It's absolutely "mawr" and a really awesome barn conversion. 4 downstairs rooms including a massive kitchen and lounge. The kitchen has an Aga which is great for cooking and cosiness. The lounge has a wood burner and there are also huge cast iron radiators just in case its not toastie enough. Lots of character with books, rugs and paraphernalia on show so easy to feel right at home. Upstairs is also great with 2 large double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The location is great on top of a hill and really quiet and picturesque. Communication from the host Edward is excellent. I'd rate it a 10+ if Booking.com would alow :)

Negative: Nothing! Just a few tips to enjoy your stay - there's a smart TV so get ready with all your iplayer, ITV accounts and passwords. Follow the 5mph speed limit on site as your car will thank you for it. There are horses going back and forth to stables so you will hear the occassional neigh or whinny. If you've never cooked with an Aga before you have to get used to cooking based on time ....you can't just turn the heat up.
