Positive: The view from the sitting area.
Negative: It would be difficult to access the property by car. The path to the property is on a narrow dijk without possibility to park or to turn the vehicle around. The nearest parking is some 200-300 m. The outdoor terrace is really nice, but you can use it only if the weather is good. Without the possibility to use the terrace, the indoor space becomes really small.

Positive: Quirky, unique & compact space, was a fun stay. It's difficult to accommodate teenagers at times, but our son loved the design & enjoyed the outdoor space and view of the marina. We had a relaxing stay, double bed was large and comfortable (although mattress was too soft for me, but that's just personal preference). Ample free parking although it must be noted that the car park is the opposite side of the marina so the walk might not suit everyone. Was definitely a one off property!
Negative: Even though we were there as a family of 3, to get the most out of it I would only recommend for solo travellers or couples simply due to the size. We knew it would be small when we booked it as the photo's clearly showed the size, however once the fold out bed was pulled out there was so little floor space, which was hard to judge from the property photos. Also, bear in mind that the only sink is in the kitchen area, which we didn't mind but might not be for everyone.
Summary: Quirky & compact modern space ideal for solo travellers or couples.
