Positive: No breakfast included it , our place didn't have cable and low pressure water in kitchen sink.

Negative: Not enough water pressure in the kitchen sink , no cable on both televisions. Bed mattress on both rooms are too firm.

Summary: it was ok , a little inconvenience due to being changed to another room.
