Summary: This is a simple but cozy home nestled behind lots of dining options. We walked to dinner at Tequilas. It is small but clean and served our needs. There are white squirrels (retirement community of squirrels?) in the yard which is so unique to see.

Summary: This was our first VRBO experience and it was a great one. The tiny house is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood but within minutes of restaurants and downtown. The house itself is clean. The layout is well thought out. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. The bathroom is small but has a great shower with plenty of hot water. The amenities include both men's and women's body wash as well as shampoo. They provide quality toilet paper. The towels are thick and plush. And yes the bathroom has a fan, something many hotels leave out these days. We didn't cook but they provide anything you need from utensils and cookware to seasonings. There's a screen door and a porch light, which were a nice bonus. We were extremely satisfied and hope to stay again next time we are in the area.
