Negative: Hot water ran out in the family room. Family of 4, we probably should have split the showers for morning and night and it would have been fine

Positive: The stylish renovations made to the room gave class and a high end feeling. Door codes instead of keys allowed easy access and freedom to arrive anytime. The property is still under renovation but if the remaining rooms are as nice as the Family Suite it'll look amazing. A nice modern touch for a beautiful historical town.

Negative: It is a shame the other rooms are still being renovated. Once completed and the feeling of walking through a run down building to reach the suite this will be a top place to stay. Having said that the family suite itself is great

Positive: Such a cute little suite! We stayed here for New Year's Eve and the suite was perfectly positioned. When it was time to check out, I had a flat tire, and the host put the spare tire on for me. Definitely above and beyond!

Negative: There wasn't anything to dislike.

Positive: The location was very central to everything. The accommodation itself was extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated with 2 welcome reverse cycle air conditioners. The owners were welcoming and friendly. It made our overnight visit to Herberton most enjoyable. Bathroom was spacious and quite luxurious. Beds were comfortable and bedding and towels very fresh and clean..Loved the colour scheme! Large TV on the wall and fast wi-fi. Outside the room on the enclosed verandah was a seating area with small tables and chairs to use. Availability of a laundry to use. Coffee shop downstairs /next door which looked most inviting.

Negative: Nothing to dislike at all. Perhaps another rubbish bin other than the one in the bathroom.could be provided.
