Positive: We loved our stay at Time Out. It was a little piece of paradise, so peaceful and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the accommodation and perfectly clean everywhere. The garden was an absolute joy to relax in with a bottle of wine or a couple of beers. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and gave us helpful information to find the nearest supermarket, restaurants and places to visit.

Negative: Nothing to dislike.

Positive: Loved having actual hosts on site - sharing stories and history. We booked this for a weekend to attend the Zundert Flower Parade. Lovely country setting. Apartment is furnished beautifully - very cozy and comfortable.

Negative: For couples or families, the only thing to note is that to access the far bedroom, you have to pass through the other bedroom and bathroom. Just need a plan for bathroom access.

Positive: Great, quiet location. Accommodation is quite spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and presentable. The kitchen is really well equipped and perfectly clean. There is a fantastic pub restaurant just around the corner. Lovely rural grounds with outside seating and BBQ etc. Last but by no means least, the hosts are absolutely lovely and make the whole visit a pleasure. If you need anything at all, they are a text or phone call away! I would personally not hesitate to re-visit this charming place.

Negative: The main bedroom is accessed by passing through the small bedroom and the bathroom. Making the bathroom a 'Jack & Jill' style. This is slightly let down by the doors not being lockable either side. The main bedroom has a locked door into the owners house. This didn't bother me but a couple or someone who likes total privacy may be put off by it.

Positive: Location, garden setting with table and chairs backing onto a forest, comfortable sitting room with lovely outlook. Welcoming, helpful hosts.

Negative: For us, we found the main bedroom - spacious and attractively laid out, was not sufficiently private, for it looked onto our hosts’ outdoor living area.

Summary: Most relaxing - positioned for a forest walk, Michelin star dinner and visit to Van Gogh’s childhood home.

Negative: Access to the house was hard, a muddy passage about 100m long. Very inconvenient with luggage that you have to carry!
