Positive: Property Is so amazing , The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Mr. Dexter . Our room was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the convenient location for exploring the city and will definitely be back!

Negative: I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. While the hotel itself is nice and comfortable, I faced a few issues during my visit: 1. One of the employees (from the Philippines, on redemption) showed poor attitude and was not polite towards customers. 2. The landline phone in my room was not working. 3. Room service was delayed, and the service provided was not timely. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
