Positive: Big rooms, washrooms, bathtub available and spacious. There is a light breakfast of boiled eggs, toast, coffee but no where to eat it except in your room. The front staff are friendly and gives you lots of privacy.

Negative: This is a love hotel. I don`t know why none of the other reviews didn`t say so but it is 100% a love hotel. It is surrounded by other love hotels like 2 Heaven and another Korean named hotel with the chinese character ``love`` = 愛 around it. I booked it thinking it was a normal hotel reasonably priced because it was far from Busan`s city center but no, it is a love hotel. The lady at the front was friendly, didn`t ask us for any IDs (no passport) or anything and immediately gave us our room keys. Check out was non-existent, just drop off your key at the elevator pocket. Inside the rooms, we found a black bag with various amenities including condoms, vaginal wash, etc. Two out of 3 nights, we heard people having sex in the room above us. There were lots of pubic hair left around the bed and regular hair in the shower area. The shower is also a wet bath that never fully dries even though the toilet, shower and bath are partitioned (the partition never reaches the very bottom so water is splashed all over when someone showers). We were travelling with family and booked 3 rooms. Had any of the other reviews properly described the environment of this hotel, I would never have booked it. I do not recommend this hotel for family or anyone who likes cleanliness or wants to have a quiet night sleep. The hotel is much older than the pictures shown on Booking.com and sheets occasionally have stains or holes left on them that can`t be washed off. If you are single or a couple and want to add some spice to your life, you may consider booking here. This hotel is far from Busan`s city center. As another reviewer commented, it is about 12-15mins ride to Gupo station in Busan and just under 30mins ride to Busan station for 26,000KRW BUT the cheaper trains (Mugunghwa) only comes once an hour or once every 1.5hrs. If you miss it, you will have to pay 84,000KRW for the KTX one way.

Summary: Don`t book unless you don`t mind staying in a cheap love hotel.

Positive: We didn’t want to leave. What an amazingly large room with massage chair and spa bath. We could do our laundry for free. Breakfast was simple ‘help yourself from reception’. Eggs available. Lots of restaurants nearby. A perfect stop off before Busan. Safe undercover place for bikes

Negative: Always nice to have a social space to have breakfast but didn’t bother us.

Summary: A super hotel we didn’t want to leave. The massage chair was a wonderful treat and much needed
