Positive: The location was very near panorama. Convenient for me. I like the bbq setting. Simple but cute. Need extra payment. But loved it

Positive: Location is very near the town. It's tucked right at the hillside area. Convenient access. It does not have a lot of units so you get a relatively peaceful retreat as it will not be crowded! Amenities are very sufficient, including well equipped & very functional shared bathroom/toilets, hot/cold water dispenser at the pantry, availability of barbacue rental services. Last but not least, the custodian who takes care of that place is amazing, friendly, helpful, and everything nice (the kind of staff any business owner is very blessed to have). We also happen to visit during Durian season, so we were able to enjoy absolutely delicious durians (bought from town) as well.

Negative: For the price we paid, nothing. It's one of the best value for money nature retreat you can find in Malaysia. We can't compare luxury forest retreats with this. Can't be paying motel price and expecting Marriott or Sheraton right?

Positive: Location was alright... it can be a nice place IF the place is well-maintained. Staffs were friendly and quite helpful though.

Negative: the room that we book was full of small flying insects... I didn't think I could sleep in that room, so we paid extra and switch to the capsule. Inside the capsule was alright, but outside, it was badly maintained, full of mosquitoes, I just went to brush my teeth and came back with like over dozens of mosquito bites on my legs and arms. there's no heater in the shower, so we can only shower with cold water.

Summary: The place definitely needs some maintenance.

Negative: I came back here as I had a good memory of this place in 4 yrs ago, but the place is run down, not maintained properly, disappointed as I brought some friends here too . I will not visit here again
