Timberon is only a 32 mile scenic drive from Cloudcroft. We are located at 7000' elevation at the southern tip of the Sacramento Mountains, surrounded by the Lincoln National Forest.
Our one bedroom townhome has been completely renovated. New stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, completely furnished kitchen, washer and dryer. We have a "floating" king bed and sofa bed.

Summary: Nice place overall! Just a word to the wise, you do have to go on a caliche road to get to the property, which isn’t a big deal, unless you’re on a motorcycle. It was quite sketchy getting there with a motorcycle, but we managed. Other than that, great place to stay!

Summary: It is the perfect location, enjoyed getting away and being able to be outside and hike. There are several hiking trails within minutes of this location. I am already looking at the calendar to see when we can go back. We also enjoyed walking the cart path on golf course.

Summary: The condo was lovely and clean, very nice outdoor space to relax in, wonderful mountain views, very nice walking paths for us senior citizens, and friendly and helpful host. Very nice getaway from the south Texas heat!
