Timberon is only a 32 mile scenic drive from Cloudcroft. We are located at 7000' elevation at the southern tip of the Sacramento Mountains, surrounded by the Lincoln National Forest.
Our one bedroom townhome has been completely renovated. New stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, completely furnished kitchen, washer and dryer.
We have a "floating" king bed and sofa bed.

Summary: Met all of our needs. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, etc. Plenty of towels for our family of 4. Bring extra detergent if you plan to do more than one wash. Bed was very comfortable and my kids said the pull out bed was also great. Wifi was reliable. Thanks, Don!

Summary: Such a beautiful property. The condo was very clean and had everything you need. I stayed with my husband, kids and 2 dogs and everyone loved it and can't wait to return. Don was a great host and let us know all the good restaurants and places to check out and even offered a free tour of the town.

Summary: We loved this condo for our long weekend stay. Everything we needed was in the condo and plenty of things to do outside. Great views of sunset and sunrise. My family enjoyed the hot tub, fire pits, corn hole boards, and endless ATV riding right from the Condo. Connie’s deli right down the street had a delicious breakfast! Easy to communicate with owner and clear instructions for check in/out. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend away!
