Positive: Staff is friendly and helpful. The staff is active in maintaining the property. My villa was comfortable. I traveled with my kids and the private pool and direct access to the beach was top tier. We stayed for 2 nights and that was more than enough.

Negative: Everything on site is paid through the app. One glitch and you're stuck. Maybe incorporating cash or card payments would be ideal.
