Positive: The view out to sea was wonderful. The kitchen was very well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Access to the property was easy for elderly people or people with restricted mobility.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Lovely stay at Tiki Rooms, our hosts Elizabeth, Paris and son Manolis and his family, were all so welcoming and really made us feel at home, apartment for my Dad and I was on ground floor, with a lovely little patio area leading onto the gardens where there was also additional seating for all the residents to use. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we had extra treats left for us during our stay 🍉🍰 lovely beach opposite with the choice of sun beds at the beach bars a little further up, or natural sand shingle directly across the road via steps. Votsalakia main beach is a short walk. We will be back! Recommended 😎😎

Positive: We were so lucky to find this gem during high season and very lastminute (thanks to someone else who had cancelled). The little apartment is so spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. Also very quiet even though it’s close to the road. Our hosts were the loveliest of people. Breakfast was everyday different and everyday a joy. Sitting under an olive tree looking at the sea. The town was also quite nice! Beautiful beaches at walking distance. Very good restaurants as well. It is nice to have a car to explore a bit (and there is free parking). So, highly recommended staying here! We hope to be back soon!

Negative: An extra window screen against insects would be nice (only one in the bathroom).

Positive: 5 years ago we discovered the island of Samos by staying at Tiki Rooms. Our stay was exceptional thanks to the beauty of the island, but above all the fantastic flat of Tiki Rooms and the extreme kindness of Elisabeth and her husband. This stay left us such fantastic memories that we decided to return to Tiki Rooms for the pleasure of continuing to discover the island and also to see Elisabeth again. This year's stay was just as pleasant and perhaps even more so, with Elisabeth's always delicious breakfasts, the always fantastic view from the terrace, the quiet location and, this year, the pleasure of meeting these extremely friendly sons. Discussions, with Elisabeth and her eldest son, were part of the pleasure of this stay. There's a family spirit when you stay at Tiki Rooms. Thank you to all her family for an idyllic stay.
