Summary: Everything was clean, obviously new. The stairs are very steep. For this group of four people ranging in age of 51-68, it probably wasn't ideal for us. The garage was nice to park in. Everything was as advertised. Host was easy to work with.

Summary: The layout of the residence is different. If stairs are a problem for you, this is a definite no. There are a lot of stairs. It was nice to have a garage to house two vehicles, but if your vehicles are larger, it may be difficult to get them in and out just due to the design of the building. But street parking is also available. The location was great. Short distance to Mizzou & restaurants. Everything we needed was just a 5-10 minute drive. Note- this is the Second unit. It was difficult to tell which unit when we arrived in the dark & I tried to get into the wrong one. There is some street noise & a hospital next door, which also had some noise. But it didn’t seem to continue into the night. Otherwise wise the neighborhood was quiet. Ample kitchen supplies. The dual coffee pot/Keurig with coffee pods & some snacks nice. I would stay again.
