Positive: Just in the perfect location to visit Patong. Opposite of the night market, Really big rooms a bit dated but it is ok Very good value for money!!

Negative: Extremely noisy when the boxing stadium next door is operating. Bathroom and especially the Jacuzzi is dirty and falling apart.

Positive: Locating and size of the rooms and was clean and good value for money

Negative: The spa bath did not work and the shower head was too low. Also noise from main road was noisy.
