This Single Family Home contains 7,719 sq ft of covered living space! This Exclusive Tierra Verde Homefront is located at the end of a Private Cul De Sac. The back Faces Boca Ciega Bay with an Extraordinary Pool & Outdoor Entertainment Area. The Pool is lined with Fountains, Tropicals & offers a Boat Dock. The Guest Pool House is located in a separate building next to the Pool and includes an Ensuite Bath with Water Views from the Bedside. The Master Suite in the main house has a Private Entry and Sitting area Poolside.

With its 30ft high Sprawling Entry Ceilings, Chandeliers, Formal and Informal Dining Rooms, Fireplaces, Master Office Space and Uniquely Textured Walls it is Exquisite. The open Spacious Kitchen with Walk In Pantry, 6 Burner Gas Stove, 3 Ovens and an extra large Double Door Refrigerator/Freezer, is open to all rooms on the lower level and is a Chef’s Delight. A Spacious Upstairs Laundry Room makes for convenience for guests staying in any of the 3 Private Guest Rooms each with an Ensuite Bath. The Master Ensuite Bath on the lower level also offers a Private Laundry Room.
Parking for 7 vehicles, Kayaks & Standup Paddle Boards available for use are merely a few of the special offerings at this Waterfront Mansion Estate.

Summary: What a stay!Brandon and his team came in as our savior when we arrived in St. Petes to a damaged, inhabitable VRBO (listed by a different party) late in the evening. He went above and beyond to get us checked in as quickly as possible so we could enjoy our vacation!The property itself is absolutely incredible! The views are amazing, the street is very quiet, the accommodations are over the top! We enjoyed the long weekend with our family in the pool, the theater room, hanging out around the pool table, and enjoying the hot tub! I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is visiting the area!

Summary: House had several interior repairs underway that were not disclosed during booking. Initial key retrieval and access to the house was messy. Certain areas of the grounds were and exterior of house in poor condition. Upstairs areas not cooling properly...making for uncomfortable sleeping. Nice, but could have been much better given the daily charge.

Reviewer Comments: This property was a replacement property for a property that could not be rented as contracted. While the replacement was aggravating, this property made up for it in elegance and magnitude. This is a part of the wedding process I am sure my son (and his now wife), will never forget. This property, with its amenities, was a perfect backdrop to set up the actual ceremony. My aggregation subsided and the overall experience was remarkable.

Summary: Beautiful property. Starting to show some age around the pool. Had some sort of leak issue with pool pump while we were there so fountains and filters were inoperable all weekend. Great spot to relax and near lots of dining options. If you want to do any water sports I would recommend bringing equipment if you have it. Had one kayak (broken seat and rudder), one paddle board and no fishing equipment. Would certainly return to this property if in the area.
