Summary: Staff were nice, they use google translate to communicate with English speaking stayers. It was noisy at night and the pool was empty and looked like it had been that way for a long time.

Summary: The staff of Tian’s Resort were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to pick us up from the airport and provide us with helpful information. The area around the hotel is a bit loud, but the hotel itself is quite nice.

Summary: Great customer service, they helped us arrange all the booking in Zhangjiajie, gave a lot of helpful advice. Very convenient for foreigners who don’t speak Chinese. Highly recommended .

Summary: This is more of a boutique and is nestled in a nice neighborhood. It is clean and a fun place, but not a hotel as such. The best part is the closeness with the owner and his family. They work had to see that you have a nice stay and they are very helpful. The food is so so and the dining area is small but they will try to help as much a possible.

Summary: We’re so lucky to have stayed in this house, the hosts are so warm and welcoming, it absolutely made us feel at home, we will definitely back again if we come back to Zhang jia jie. The rooms were beautiful and the meals were delicious. Thanks again for your generosity, we very much enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area.

Summary: It is a 2 star accomodation located only 10 minutes from Hehua airport. We can see Tianmen from the backyard. What is special about this property is the friendliness and thorough service of the owner. He does not speak English, but he has translation device which helped a lot with our communication. He picked us up from the train station, took us to the bus station, the ticket office of Tianmen, and finally dropped us at the airport.
