Positive: A charming and beautiful family-run place. The hotel is cozy and stylish, with great attention to detail and maximum comfort. This is a family business with exceptional hospitality and a strong service mindset. We stayed for two nights as a family with two small children and enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was excellent; on the second night, they even prepared two special dishes that weren’t on the menu, just to make us happy. We truly felt like honored guests and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.

Positive: Location Friendly staff Easy parking Great food at the evening restaurant. Wine and fruit on arrival is a nice touch

Negative: Smoking at the breakfast terrace Lack of consistency cleaning ans tidying up the room. Extras Blankets for the bed have not been washed from the previous guests. Not mattress protector, old lumpy pillows Rooms is starting to look tired - needs a deep cleaned and a repaint Breakfast is ok but could be better - they keep running out of basic things. And allergies are not taken into account.

Positive: This hotel was amazing. The location was great, and the staff were just incredible and nothing was too much trouble. We felt really well looked after. The hotel was super clean, and had a nice calming feel to it. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Our request for an interconnecting room was granted. Breakfast was so tasty and fresh! Thank you for looking after us!!

Positive: Best place to stay! Highly recommended! Will definitely come back. We were also upgraded to a suit due to that we missed one day as we couldn’t make it on that day because of the fires and the roads being closed. Accommodation also offered us a refund. Everything was great
