Positive: This hotel is perfectly placed on top of a hill overlooking the Balthali Valley with,on a clear day amazing views of the Himalayas! The staff and family,who ran it, were absolutely brilliant! The room was delightful and the food was the best we have had so far travelling in India and Nepal. Great authentic Nepalese cuisine! We were there for Tihar and the family asked to join them for the celebrations, which was very special indeed! They also arranged our trip to Namobuddha! Excellent hotel, lovely family and staff! Just book it!

Positive: I looked all over the Internet for the perfect place to stay during my time in Bathali, I am so glad I found Thumki Resort, the Hotel is located in the most beautiful scenic location and the views during sunrise and sunset were remarkable, the Staff was very friendly and the food was brilliant in all aspects truly authentic Nepali cuisine. I’ll definitely visit if I’m ever in the area again and highly recommend anyone else to do so as well.

Positive: The property is well maintained, and you can enjoy scenery from your room or outside. Truly a landmark. There were so many spots for amazing pictures and videos. Absolutely loved my stay ❤️
