Positive: Clean, comfy, cozy with a nice view of the greenery! With the sunrise it’s very nice. Friendly owners too. A very relaxing place. Would come back!

Negative: The water boiler was a bit dirty, but we cleaned it for the owner. A small detail!

Positive: Lovely quiet self contained little annexe to the owners’ property. Very clean and well designed. Comfortable bed, very good shower, kitchen area facilities good for simple meals. A short walk to the train station - 10 minutes from Groningen - but with the benefit of countryside around.
