Summary: Sometime it is better to listen to the customer view rather than picking a fight with him. Though the property was amazing, I had a set back with the attitude of the reception lady who didn't make any afford to up sale the next type of room (Ac room), neither did she even mentioned it to me. She simply assumed my booking was correct and for a 4 star property, that was very off. You don't pick a fight with a customer especially when he is giving you a feedback about a booking engine which featured only 1 room category 9000 kms away. Beside that, I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast.

Summary: I used this hotel for an overnight stop. Very happy with the stay. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, and plenty of choice for dinner in the restaurant. Will definitely stay again.
