Positive: Everything was exceptional! I went to celebrate my 40th birthday and all employees went above and beyond! Room upgrade with ocean view, desert voucher, they came singing Happy Birthday.. we left with great memories and we’ll definitely be back!

Negative: There was no bell service- absolutely zero help with luggage to your room . There is No excuse for this- for a Marriott resort with this price with outdoor rooms and buildings with no elevator not to have bell staff . Also no follow through . My television had no working cable the first night. Although the front desk said they would send maintenance to fix it- no one ever came the entire stay. I had no tv for my entire stay. Beds very uncomfortable . Too hard and bed linens way too heavy. Rooms are dimly lit with not enough lighting in room or bathroom
