Positive: The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Potts Point, with a great selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops all within walking distance. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and communication with the host was smooth with an easy check in/out. They allowed us a late checkout by an extra hour. A good apartment for people who just want someone nice and convenient to stay/sleep.

Negative: The apartment was freezing, and visiting during winter made it even more uncomfortable than usual. Although there were two air conditioning units, the one in the kitchen didn’t work, while the unit in the main bedroom functioned perfectly. They provided a portable heater, which we used in the second bedroom since it had no heating or air conditioning, and it worked well. However, aside from the bedrooms, the rest of the apartment remained cold. The second bedroom’s window above the bed was broken and temporarily tied down with a garbage bag, which was far from ideal in winter. The apartment didn’t have any blankets, throws, or extra bedding. We didn’t cook during our stay, but I’m not sure the kitchen was well-equipped for it—there was mismatched glassware and no microwave. The tea selection was very limited, with only about two options, and there was no St. Agni coffee machine, or any coffee or milk provided. There are a few small improvements Three Rooms could make to enhance the overall experience.

Negative: The apartment is extremely old with cracks in the walls and floors. For such a high price, we felt that it was a very run down apartment that was well disguised by nice furniture
