Positive: Lovely, peaceful setting up. We thought out lay out. Beautiful gardens. Comfy beds.

Negative: Floors hadn't been mopped properly (or at all). Dusty round bath and under furniture.

Positive: House was clean and well presented. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very quiet and good air conditioning.

Negative: Pool was several street away. From the photos I hadn’t realised that we were in a housing estate with a pool for all that estate. I thought the pool was only for a couple of house close by. Consequently I did not use it.

Positive: Spacious. Super quiet. Property well supplied with everything you could need. Short walk to pool. Really would be excellent for large parties.

Negative: Because it was a sunny day and the drapes were all open it was very hot inside at the onset. Solved by good Air Conditioning system. Towels a little skimpy.

Positive: Quiet, restful place. Immediately felt at home when we arrived and commented on how happy we were as we relaxed in the living room on a very comfortable couch. All the furnishings were modern and tastefully selected. The beds were ultra comfortable. The deck was an added bonus for drinking a glass of wine in the perfect silence as we enjoyed the sunset in Martinborough.

Summary: Cosy, happy atmosphere, extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished.
