Enjoy the quiet Hill Country in this 3 bedroom house that has been completely renovated as of June 2024. The large yard is completely fenced, so your animals can enjoy the outdoors with you as you sit on the patio!
This is just a short drive from the Utopia Golf Course and The Utopia Park. This house is cozy and quiet and easy to find North on Ranch Road 187. Utopia is a great location to stay and relax. We are a 15 minute drive from Garner State Park and 15 minutes from Lost Maples State Park. Whether you are planning on floating the Frio or hiking the hills we have a place for you to stay.

Summary: I was extremely impressed with the beautiful oak trees and the property grounds. The house was very spacious and comfy! Everything was stocked with items and supplies for our stay. My whole family enjoyed the stay especially the kids... just walkingvaround the property they saw deer. Cows. And many birds...we definite have this down as one of our favorite stays!

Summary: This ranch house is a great place to stay if you love the country. We were close enough to Garner state park, Lost Maples, Frio Bat cave and even made the short (Texas time) drive out to Enchanted Rock. The fenced in acre of yard and back patio area with a handmade brick smoker/ grill. Your family and pets will have a great time.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer. Our only compliant was finding utensils and dishes that were dirty with dried food. The property and house are fantastic
