Positive: Location was exceptional. We were there for a wedding at Freeland Hall, just a short walk up the hill. The park across the street was perfect for our little ones to get their energy out and the waterfront was gorgeous.
Negative: There are not many things we didn't like. Since we were there for a wedding it would be nice to have a full length mirror in most bedrooms or bathrooms. There is a wedding venue up the hill, so many people might like to see their full outfit before heading to a wedding.
Summary: The picture window overlooking the bay with coffee is a most fantastic start to your morning.

Negative: The rooms in the basement have a very moldy smell which stayed in all garments that were located in the rooms. We had to wash everything when getting back home.
