Positive: All staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. We enjoyed our meal, there was a good choice and all cooked perfectly. Breakfast was ordered the night before. All very tasty, good quality and well presented. Thumbs up for Teapigs Breakfast tea! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We particularly liked the Adirondack chairs on the little patio and gazing out over the vineyard.
Negative: To say I didn’t like something would be super picky. But maybe a slight improvement in speed of breakfast service as it was a lot for only one staff member. My main course at dinner could have been hotter.

Negative: The shower temperature was only warm and not hot. Also, the WiFi connectivity was extremely poor. Three Choirs would not be acceptable as a modern offsite business meeting location. For information, I stayed with colleagues in Jan 2005 and Dec 2006 for a week. Things have not updated in the 20 years since then and they should have done.
Summary: In view of the top end 4-star cost of an overnight stay - not good enough.
