Positive: Location, overall space, nice backyard, general communication with property owner.
Negative: One out of three bedrooms had bedbugs, which were reported, and although the owner requested us to use the extra mattress, which was in storage area, to be put in the living room, we were not able to use that bedroom again. The furniture was generally low quality, for example, the dining table top was lose and difficul for us to utilitze..
