Positive: Everything, the house was lovely, welcome pack and comms from owner were excellent! We really enjoyed the table tennis, pool and table football.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: All 10 adults had a fantastic time! We have already discussing returning next year!

Positive: Accommodation was lovely , clean ,comfortable , everything you would need , large lounge , large kitchen , large dining room , games room , there were 9 of us and it didn't feel crowded . A welcome pack also . would book again.

Negative: could have been an exterior light outside the front door as it was very dark in the lane , unless we missed something .

Summary: very nice weekend , touching base with some of the family , having enough space to be comfortable .

Positive: Very comfortable house with lots of character and plenty of room for our group of 9. Very well-equipped for home catering. Fun games room. Quick response from the host. We had one trip out to local Rye, but otherwise stayed put for the weekend to make the most of the accommodation.
