Summary: The service staff is not friendly at all. I asked for a soft blanket or a sheet and they told me they didn't have any. They only seem to focus on groups of skiers.

Summary: We stayed here only for one night. The room was slightly cramped for the four of us, two on regular beds and two on a sofa bed that was not too comfortable. Other than that, the room was clean and well equipped. We appreciated the hotel's location within walking distance from the city center. The buffet breakfast was a treat, with a great choice of tasty food. The parking is not free; it has to be paid separately.

Summary: It was a good place but service at the front desk was slow as no one was at the desk most of the time and you had to ring a bell then wait. They also charge for parking now. They just started about 2 months ago and it's an automated system with cameras that read your licence plat when you enter, then when you leave you must pay at the kiosk in the entrance. The restaurant was closed on Sunday, the day we arrived, but the breakfast wa very good on Monday morning.
