Positive: The location is great - near metro station, shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. Old town is also not far and you can go walking from this place. They provide towels and toiletries. The place was spotless clean. Wifi worked well. Host is very kind and check-in and check-out were easy and flexible.

Negative: Something small that would help guests to find the place is adding a sign outside of the house.

The guest house is in Avlabari an old and beautiful district with narrow streets, traditional houses, and an authentic local atmosphere. Everything you might want to see is close by the old town, the metro, and small bakeries where you can get fresh khachapuri in the morning. The room was spacious, bright, and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable, and the decor felt warm and personal, not like a typical guest house. I could see that everything was prepared with care, from the clean sheets and towels to the little details like fresh flowers, slippers, toothpaste, and even a kettle for tea. I honestly didn’t expect so many thoughtful touches for such an affordable price. It felt safe, cozy, and quiet, exactly what I needed after a long day exploring the city. What truly made my stay special was the host. She is a lovely lady kind, attentive, and always ready to help. From the moment I arrived, she treated me not just as a guest, but as a friend. She helped me find my way around, arranged a taxi when I needed it, and even offered homemade tea and sweets in the evening. In the morning, when I was preparing for a long flight, she had baked traditional Georgian lobiani and kindly brought me a piece with tea such a warm, thoughtful gesture that made me feel completely at home. My experience was completely positive great value, perfect location, spotless rooms, and genuine Georgian hospitality. I would absolutely recommend Thomas Guest House to anyone whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family. It’s a peaceful, cozy place with real Georgian warmth. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tbilisi.
