Summary: Very convenient for Heathrow T5 with a local bus that goes straight to the airport. The hotel room we stayed in was quite dated in terms of decor. That, said the bed was very comfortable which is great for an early mornng flight.

Summary: Very much enjoyed the POD journey from Terminal 5 and back- so convenient! Sadly our room was on the 1st floor and there was no lift- a nightmare with luggage. The room was clean and tidy so all good there!

Summary: Perfect place to stay to catch early flight. Parked in Pod parking and quick access through gate to hotel. Back through gate in the morning and pod to terminal. Everything was clean and functional. Staff friendly. Just a little aged. Food is basic but worked well

Summary: Check in was swift and Reception staff were extremely efficient and polite. Room itself was lacking - not terribly clean, although bed was comfortable enough. None of the plug sockets worked however, which we reported to Reception. Someone came up and fixed some of the sockets, but there were still some not working, including the kettle socket. As we were only staying one night, we did not push further.
