Positive: From the moment we stepped into the Apartment it just felt very cozy and homey. Can only recommend booking with Arjan. Upon arrival he explained everything we need to know and even gave amazing recommendations for Food & Drinks and also Activities to do! The Apartment was clean, had almost everything needed included, even a Coffee machine, dishwasher and Music Speaker/Radio which was really nice. We booked the one with the outdoor space. Even though around this time of the year it was too cold, i cant imagine its a wonderful space in the summertime. The Area was quiet and peaceful. Again, can only recommend this Beautiful Apartment!

Negative: Really the only recommendation i have would be to include an all purpose Cleaner so that the guests can clean up after themselves, for example after cooking. Otherwise, everything was great.

Summary: Cozy, homey, perfect for a short getaway together!

Positive: Our stay here was more than perfect. The beds and the pillows were extremely comfortable and the location of the apartment is great. Arjan was one of the best hosts that we have ever had. He gave us a lot of information and some amazing recommendations. The communication was easy and he was always ready to help us improve our stay in the Netherlands. When checking in we also got the chance to meet his dog Bo and we were impressed by how well behaved it was. The recommendations board in the hallway and the book with the history of the building were also very helpful and interesting. We will be definitely coming back in the future!

Positive: Lovely studio. Well equiped. Comfy bed. Great shower. Good restaurants and shop nearby and close to town center.

Negative: Nothing. . Just a note there was no microwave/oven just two ring hob.

Positive: Great facilities and walking distance to the historic center. Arjan and Chantal are excellent hosts!

Negative: It could be a little noisy at night being on the ground floor of an old house… at the same time the historic building gives it its charm.

Positive: We spent a weekend in the City room and had a fantastic stay! Arjan was a brilliant host, very responsive and helpful. The room was decorated to an extremely high standard and was equipped with everything you needed, including a Bluetooth speaker, a coffee machine and gorgeous toiletries. We enjoyed reading about the renovation history of the property in the folder in the room. A perfect place for our weekend in Utrecht!
