Negative: The kitchen is dreadfully designed and impractical. it looks great, but doesn't work. The space is too narrow to cook in, cupboards don't close because plates are too big, I fell over the dishwasher when I was loading it.

Positive: Location was absolutely perfect, we simply parked the car and walked through the town . House felt like home with all the creature comfort and luxury you need.

Positive: The location was amazing and in walking distance to everything in the town. There is a restaurant and coffee shop right next door. Very well set back from the road so extremely peaceful. It has a wonderful patio for relaxing and braaing with a built in exterior fireplace. Indoors there is aircon in the communal spaces for the heat, and a great big indoor fireplace for colder days. It is comfortably and tastefully furnished. Upstairs there is a nice lounge/ landing area which is another place to relax or where children can hang out. The house is well equipped.

Negative: Not a game changer and a personal Preference- The openness of the downstairs bedroom to bathroom. I would suggest a free standing screen.

Summary: A very happy and comfortable stay in this lovely home.

Positive: The house was lovely and spacious, beautifully appointed and the aircon was a real blessing as it was very hot. The location is perfect, within a short walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. The host was exceptionally helpful and responded very promptly to any questions.
