This quaint, sunlit home is stylishly furnished and has everything you'll need: new and very comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen & AC! Alpine Park across the street is a full city block of grassy space, basketball courts, playgrounds, and the summer Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. On the edge of downtown Salida, literally around the corner from shops, galleries, restaurants and 4 blocks from the river! Ask about renting it with neighboring house "Turn of the Century Gem"! Newly installed central AC--though we doubt you'll need it except for a week or so in the summer when we get our "heat wave."

Summary: Stayed for a 3 day weekend over spring break and had an amazing time. Host was friendly and accommodating The house was clean and stocked with linens, all kitchen utensils, some board games, etc. I will definitely be staying again next time we come.

Summary: This is a very cute historic type home with everything we needed for a ski trip to Monarch. We LOVED the location - could walk to shops - coffee - and all that downtown Salida offers. Definitely recommend! It’s comfortable and very cute!!

Summary: My friend and I had the best weekend in Salida! The house was perfect for our stay. It was super clean and it felt very cozy! We loved the proximity to the town and especially loved watching the deer from the cute front porch in the morning! I hope to go back with my family next time.

Summary: Great little house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from the heart of downtown. Nothing lacking inside for a very comfortable stay. Bathroom and kitchen are great. I would stay here again when we come back

Summary: We stayed here for a weekend and the property was perfect. Check in and communication with the hosts was easy. The property is in a great location. It is located at the park where a local farmers market takes place Saturday morning. It is just a short walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Salida- no need to drive and look for parking! Convenient street parking at the house.
