This beautiful home is second from the ocean and has 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 powder rooms. There is beautiful new kitchen with all new appliances. All the baths have been completely renovated, all new flooring, furnishings and window treatments throughout the home and a TV in every bedroom. The first floor has an entertainment area with a large-screen television and subzero refrigerator, The utility room has two washers and two dryers! All the bedrooms and entertainment room has access to decks. The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the second bdrm has two twin beds. The third bedroom is an ensuite. The first floor has two full baths and a powder room. The second floor has two bedrooms; one with a bunk setup with 2 full-size beds and one bedroom with a Queen-size bed, 1 full bath and 1 powder room. This main floor has a fully appointed kitchen, dining room and beautiful living room area with access to a large deck. There is an area on with round table ideal for extra dining sitting or for playing games and beautiful views of the ocean. The third floor is the master suite with a king-size bed, a deck with unobstructive views of the ocean, a beautiful master bath and another area with seating. And, of course there is a beautiful new pool with lovely landscaping, seating around the pool and a table with an umbrella and two seats that are in the water at one end. This home has everything. There will be new pictures by mid February. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. Definitely a must see!!
