Positive: Proximity to the airport, and the charming dining room.

Negative: The very fact that they restrict entry to the pool with Speedo underwear or similar is an irrelevant restriction, as we are used to entering the pool with swimming shorts.

Positive: It’s a great experience to relax and to escape the Brussels-chaos for a few hours-days. Good selection of saunas and very nice outdoor park.

Negative: Perhaps the value for money is not the best one I experienced at thermal baths across Europe. For example not that many pools outside, and rather chilly to bath in during Winter (or a cold Summer Belgian day)

Positive: Near the spa Breakfast was very good

Negative: We booked a room to have a relaxing experience enjoying the spa during the night and a quiet night. I would advise the go for a room in the castle if relax and quiet is the purpose of the stay. The room we stayed in was near a busy road and is used by many as a night stop before taking an early fly which means being woken up by rolling suit cases several times. TV didn’t work, the channel kept cutting off saying the telenet chip was missing

Positive: I selected the hotel because it was reasonably priced near the airport for a flight, but the hotel and spa facilities were terrific. A beautiful location. The afternoon-evening spa package was a great deal for 50 Euro - steam, tubs, saunas, etc. Restaurant had a wide selection of excellent food and allowed you to dine in your bathrobe. A generous breakfast was included. Staff was very helpful.

Negative: Just the separation of the more basic rooms across the street from the main facility necessitated a little walk - unfortunately it rained. Minor really. Could have been better prepared.

Summary: A real gem for the money. Terrific spa facility. Highly recommend it.

Positive: Nice spacious room, very clean. Nice big bathroom and bath tub. Spa was nice to use during stay Breakfast was nice 50% off spa after 5pm Helpful staff

Negative: Location isn’t really near anything, you would need to drive. Not much at the spa wouldn’t be worth paying the full price. The large pool advertised is for the nude section which it doesn’t tell you online so you actually get a much smaller pool if you prefer to cover up! The dining room is very nice but a bit dark and stuffy we chose not to have lunch in there as far too busy. No bar area to sit at and relax.
