Positive: Great house for a group, good amenities and set up, fantastic outdoor areas, watersport equipment was awesome well stocked. Functional layout, loads of beds, large dining table, a bit cramped in corner, mainly used outside area was well set up and living room kitchen a great space. Good amount of utensils, cutlery and plates. Plenty of TV's. Very relaxing overall vibe. Love the dock and outdoor room, plenty of ovens and cooking space. Was very clean and tidy on arrival with a welcome supplies of tea/coffee and cereals on arrival appreciated.

Negative: Artificial lawn everywhere, backyard with some real lawn would be lovely. :) No major dislikes overall, just conveniences that would improve stay experience. Supplies: such as refills, there was no dish washing detergent, gladwrap or gas lighter and only two tea towels. Not a lot of serving bowls & items for salads in various sizes for entertaining. Lack of games, books stash etc to do. Drains smelt from upstairs area, when used. but these are all easily rectified issues.

Summary: Fabulous house for groups and families, plenty to do and loads of well thought out space to relax.

Positive: The house was amazing. The extra's were great, the kayaks n paddle boards were super cool. The pontoon was fun too.

Negative: The bed sheets were smelly, we found old dirty socks in one bed and the others smelt like body odour. The Wii doesn't work. The Master bedroom fan didn't work either.

Positive: Very well and neatly presented property. It's a gem on the marina, and stands out. Every detail has been well thought of, and the Kayaks were the cherries on the top. Our families had a wonderful time, and just wished that we could be there longer.
