Positive: Lovely pool area, gym and spa. Breakfast is great and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Beautiful location with good sunset views!

Positive: The breakfast was great, plenty of choice, although the service was a bit hit and miss. There were some great staff. The hotel was spotless and house keeping was excellent. Location unbeatable.

Negative: When enquiring about the restaurants available at the hotel the staff constantly pushed the Michelin star restaurant, while holding back there were two other less expensive alternatives. The food in general was below average but very expensive. Very poor value for money. The service was also disappointing. It started off ok, but quickly tailed off. When trying to feedback to the management of the restaurant about our dissatisfaction they were reluctant to acknowledge the feedback. The food and value for money was the biggest let down. The drinks were also extortionate.

Summary: Great location, poor service, terrible value for money!

Positive: Amazing property in a magical setting. The staff was dedicated to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Quality of the food was also of note with 2 Michelin stars in the hotel!
