Positive: The location is excellent! The bed was very comfortable! The washing machine worked great. The kitchen was well equipped enough. The place was very clean. The terrace was nice. It is very spacious and nicely decorated. Having a separate WC was great!

Negative: The towel warmer in bathroom didn’t work.

Positive: - Stylish and clean - Feels like home - Perfect city centre location - Bus stops to and from airport 1 min walk away (bus number 4) - Wonderful hosts - There were a few supplies already in the fridge/ cupboards available to buy at a reasonable rate. This is perfect if you arrive late/ on a Sunday.

Positive: This is a beautiful apartment located across the lovely marketplace in Klagenfurt. The apartment building is historical, the apartment is beautifully decorated. The center is quiet so being centrally located is only an advantage.

Negative: There is very little to complain about this accommodation. If I had to make a suggestion, I can say that I personally prefer that some coffee is complimentary upon arrival and then the guest takes care of their own consumption- or the price of the coffee is included in the base rate. I can also suggest putting in travel size body wash and shampoo in the bathroom in case the guests inadvertently forgot to bring amenities with them (this is more a problem in countries in Austria where the shops close early, and are closed all Sunday).

Positive: This flat had almost all the facilities and extras any travellers looking for a comfortable stay could want. Its central location is fantastic, the bath and shower were luxurious and the cleanliness and interior design of the flat were modern and extremely comfortable. Everything was easy to use and the extras I didn't expect made the whole experience even better. I didn't travel with a pet but to find dog bowls provided was refreshing to see. Slippers were provided. If you drink loose leaf tea there is facility for that. The TV is of high quality for both sound and picture. Even the fan provided in the flat has mobility options and could possibly be taken on excursions where some relief from sunny and hot conditions could be most welcome. I will absolutely stay again and I am recommending this location to all my friends who travel in the area.

Negative: I must state at the outset these negatives are minute, they are examples of one trying to find fault and did not take away from my experience. Reading the guest book I see there were lots of English speakers that stay at the Market Flat. A few boardgames in English may be nice for those that use them when they travel. A miniscule note as I mentioned. Now not necessary in a flat the only appliance I thought was missing was a microwave. If you are staying in the flat a while and get frozen food a quick way to defrost such items would be useful. Once more this is a tiny quibble I only mention because I was trying hard to find fault. This location is still an A+

Negative: Nothing really. Was a great place to stay and would do so again if back in Klagenfurt.

Positive: Everything I need is readily available in the apartment. A fully decorated property which make me feel comfortable and feel like home. The location is great and visiting points are close to the apartment. Thank you so much for the host.
