Positive: Nice hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms.

Negative: Our room was overlooking very busy road and was very noisy. I explicitely asked for as quiet room as possible, but the one we got was obviously (one of) the noisiest. I understand the location of the hotel cannot be changed, and that the hotel was allegedly fully booked, but I find it hard to believe nothing could have been done, especially considering my upfront request (to which there was no reaction).
