Summary: The room is big, comfortable, and clean. There's a water kettle so that you can make tea, and they also have an espresso machine. They replenish the espresso capsules every day. So that's good! The only thing that I'm not fully satisfied with is that the hotel didn't replenish the shampoo and bath gel. The hotel provides 1 small tube of shampoo and 1 small tube of bath gel. I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, and those tubes weren't enough for the whole stay, and they didn't replenish them.

Summary: This is a great hotel to stay in Venlo right in the main square. Feels luxurious and comes with free buffet breakfast. Hard to fault this hotel on anything really. Only possible thing was prob that ordered a twin room and got a double bed which was 2 single beds together so had to work out a way to seperate them. Glass toilet and shower in room so not much privacy so make sure youre staying with someone youre comfortable with. Overall great value for money though and would def stay here again
