Positive: Clean, simple room with comfortable bed and air conditioning. the bathroom and shower was very spacious, despite the room being overall quite small. It was perfect for one person, I think would be a bit cramped with 2. Excellent location for central Glasgow, minutes away from Queens Street Station

Negative: Air con was quite loud and you couldn't change the settings, however as I was on the ground floor I preferred the sound of aircon over guests going to and from rooms.

Positive: The big advantage is the employees; the were so kind to us, available at any time etc... The breakfast in quite nice, I (again) appreciated the contact with the employees for guiding us. I appreciated so much having a fresh espresso or latte at the breakfast :D

Positive: Normally this hotel is good it's in the right place the staff are helpful and its very clean so just whats required .one member of staff was very helpful .to me .

Negative: Being charged for a bottle of tonic at the bar that I didnt ask for and didn't want as I had half a bottle left from my previous drink .its a small thing but annoying just the same .my complaints were ignored .
