Negative: Had to ask for all table stuff for breakfast. Yet, sakt/pepoer/napkin/cutlery provided swiftly do not a big issued

Positive: I do love this hotel. Location/rooms/facilities are amazing. Breakfast is great. Generally the staff are always great - Bea in restaurant was really helpful/thoughtful - she made a big difference and reminded me why I like this hotel so much.

Negative: Was a really strange experience - never experienced before. Checking in and being told that I had booked a disabled room - by mistake I may add - but that they would charge me extra to change to normal room (which was smaller btw) - be careful to check this if booking solo. The really weird/disappointing aspect was that after a long trip - getting to your hotel early/tired and being told your room is ready but if you want to get it - you have to pay per hour early. This is really a principle thing but a terrible way to start the experience... its like "hey you are tired and your room is ready... but you need to pay ~17CHF / hour to have your room" I had arrived at 10am and check-in was 3pm thats almost the price of the room for the night. Really disappointed and hopefully management realise this error. I wont recommend this place to people on this point alone as it really leaves a sour taste for whole stay. I hope this spiteful policy is changed ASAP.

Positive: location is great, straight across the train station. you do not hear any noise from outside. shower is amazing!

Negative: informed the hotel well in advance about severe dietary allergy. We received an email it would be considdered. At breakfast no one could tell us what was safe to eat. Requested a double check for the next day, but when we got to the breakfast no one could tell us again. We paid for breakfast, so not having the feeling that the allergy was taken seriously was a disappointment.
