Positive: The property was dog friendly and in a convenient location to the training I was attending. Close to downtown. Homeowner/property manager was kind and came to assist with one of those things that can happen with a property.

Negative: The advertised price versus the paid price was $150-$200 different. The big, bold price is not what the actual price will be and that comes across misleading. The fine print with the fees is very small compared to the big, bold price. The tax appears to be charged twice. In hotels here in Fayetteville, there is a state tax and occupancy tax. I've never seen a city tax, but maybe that's a home rental thing??? Also, I didn't see any notice of using a 3rd party website for validating me as the guest. I DID NOT feel comfortable submitting my ID to a random email invitation or just online. I did not see any reference to this on booking.com and by the time you receive an email, it is too late to cancel your reservation. It really seems like a scam. I've booked a lot of reservations on Booking, VRBO, AirBNB, but I've never had to provide my ID unless I checked-in in person. Lastly, there is a number advertised as a phone number for the Military First BnB phone number (910-261-8477). It does not work. I called to report the leak and couldn't reach anyone.
