Summary: We stayed as a family of 4 (2 kids under 6) and the family suite was perfect. Sean was such a helpful and friendly host and the breakfast was outstanding.

Summary: Handy for Newmarket races. Breakfast ok Paintwork could do with touching up in places, but it serves my purpose and I will stay again

Summary: Really enjoyed my stay here, the owners are very friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic. If I was to really, really 'nitpick' the WiFi signal was a little weak and I ended up reverting back to my mobile data, but everything else was brilliant and I'll definitely be booking here again if and when the opportunity arises. Have already recommended to several colleagues.

Summary: Incredibly kind hosts that went out of their way for me, allowing me to check in early as well as giving me a lift back into town for a wedding. Real, genuine people. Delicious home cooked breakfast arranged the night before. Secluded property off a gravel lane with only nature's noise to be heard. A real off-the-beaten-path gem. Loved being able to see donkeys, rabbits, and other wildlife right from my window. Great shower, warm bedding, and comfortable bed. Only qualm was that the walls were a bit thin and I could hear some other guests chatting in the middle of the night, but wasn't too loud so was still able to sleep. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Summary: Very quiet location. Away from everything. Friendly and helpful host. Enjoyed cooked breakfast too. Tea and coffee available in the dining area. Rooms comfortable. Had a good night's sleep.
