Summary: This is a nice property with beautiful surroundings. And the owner is very nice and offers free snacks and beverages in his office. But unfortunately, our room was quite dirty. The shower had pink mold in the corners. The corners of the bathroom and wooden moldings had dirt and dust. The toilet had a mold ring from where the water line sits. The back of the white front door was full of black marks. The bathroom door had a huge stain which I'm hoping was from a spilled coffee. We could feel dirt on the floor when walking barefoot. Given the other reviews, perhaps we just got a bad room. But these issues combined with the price we paid at $200 / night is unacceptable.

Summary: Convenience of check in and out. Left key under the mat since we came in later than expected. The continental breakfast was perfect including lots of beverages to choose from.

Summary: Very friendly host and very helpful. Great selection of complementary food, chilled drinks, fruits and snacks offered in lobby! Highly recommend!

Summary: I was honestly moved by the level of service at this motel. The rooms are recently redecorated, modern, and clean (much of the furniture having been built by the owner and his family). The owner stayed up late to welcome us when we arrived, laid out a tray of snacks for us, stocked the fridge with cold water, and the next morning made us coffee. The shower had good warmth and water pressure. The air conditioning worked well. The only thing I'd change is to make the bed more firm - The soft mattress topper felt comfy to lay back onto but was a bit hot to sleep on.

Summary: Had a great 5 nights stay there. Place is cozy and convenient to go to Kirkwood. Mr. Han is super friendly and gave us a lot of free snacks!
